Will "Gabba" be the change OZ is looking for ?
Australia had a dull start to their summer with series defeat against RSA in both the limited overs format. They try to make changes to their fortunes as they gear up to take on India who are all set and confident to kick-start their Long tour on Thursday at Brisbane (Gabba) which has been a happy hunting ground for the Aussies over the years.

Australians have been under a shortage of confidence as they weren't able to put up their best show since the suspension of their powerhouses David Warner and their Skipper Steve Smith. They suffered series defeats against Pakistan & RSA across all formats which keeps them under immense pressure.
Meanwhile, India starts their T20 series as firm favorites considering their supremacy against all the top teams in the white ball cricket in recent times.
What's Wrong with Aussies?
Aussies who are known for their dominant batting over the years have not been able to replicate their dominance in recent times precisely after the expelling of their former vice-captain and captain. Not that they don't have the resources but they lack surely lack the confidence that they could win.

The Men in yellow have T20 specialists like Aaron Finch, Maxwell, Stoinis and the rest to dominate any team in the world on a given day. Their Bowling looks better compared to their batting with the likes of Coulter Nile, AJ tye, Billy Stanlake and a quality leg-spinner in Adam Zampa.
The "Top Heavy" Indian team
The only way the Aussies have any chance to defeat India is to run through their Top-3 as they have been scoring the bulk of the runs. once the top order is taken out then it becomes challenging for the Indian middle order in conditions like Gabba and would be an uphill task for them against the Australian bowling attack .
Favorites: Given the recent form and balance of two sides India Start as Firm Favorites.

Pitch:

Batting Paradise with a little bit of Movement up front for the quicker bowlers and a decent enough pitch to bowl for spinners with a good boundary size.
Weather:
25`c
Chances of rain in the afternoon but will absolutely be fine by the start of play.
